DONATIONS, SUPPORT AND VOLUNTEERS

Volunteers are always needed to help organize and execute weekend lunches, dinners, special events, clean up after winter, building maintenance, museum docents etc.

You can make a difference even if it is only for an hour or a day.

WE WELCOME YOU!

Every Little Bit Helps

Your support and contributions will enable RRC to keep hosting events and festivals. Your generous donation will also help maintain and upgrade the Szilagyi Center building known to many as the Old Rowlesburg High School.

RRC, Inc. is a tax-exempt non-profit corporation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code so your contributions are deductible on your tax returns.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROSITY.

Information from a Generous Sponsor

It’s a challenge to keep the doors  open, so to speak, for the Rowlesburg Revitalization Committee. Private  gifts have made all the difference.

While sending a check is often the  simplest way to do that, another option works very well also. For those  age 70 1/2 or older with funds in an IRA, they can make a charitable  distribution at any time to RRC.

The advantages are many:  the gift  amount satisfies a portion of the annual required minimum distribution,  the gift is not included in federal or West Virginia adjusted gross  income, and an important charitable purpose is served.

Even though no income tax deduction  occurs from such a gift, not having the amount included in adjusted  gross income means less taxes paid overall.

Contacting the IRA plan administrator will get things rolling and make a difference for the Rowlesburg Revitalization Committee.
